Ebad Reza Islami Kolaee, the Artistic Deputy Minister’s Consultant of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and Director of Niavaran Cultural Center in the press conference of the festival said: “We have many plans to meet our passionate young society’s artistic and cultural expectations and needs with cooperation of the Iranian Artists Guild Association.”

Iranian Artists Guild Association and Ebad Reza Islami Kolaee the Advisor to
the Artistic Deputy of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and
Director of Niavaran Cultural Center, Alireza Hafizi the Head of the Guards of
the Artistic Deputy of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and also
some of culture and art associates attended this press conference at the Goosheh
Hall of Niavaran Cultural Center on Sunday, Sept. 13, 2020.

speech on this occasion.
The Head and Director of
Niavaran Cultural Center pointed out the Artistic Deputy’s significant policy
for the youth and the future programs of Niavaran Cultural Center due to that
policy such as the Ceramic Biennale, the cooperation agreement of the Theater
Artists Association of Tehran and the ECO Cultural Institution to be able to
meet the needs and expectations of the young society of art as much as possible.
"Fourth Holy Defense
University Play Reading Festival" will be managed with cooperation of the
Theater Artists Association of Tehran, Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Tehran, Baroque Art House Cultural and Artistic Institute,
Roudaki Foundation, Niavaran Cultural Center, General Directorate of Performing
Arts, Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Tehran Central Theater
Association, Basij Organization of Great Tehran Artists, Army of Muhammad Rasoolullah (PBUH) Greater Tehran,
Basij of faculty members of the Faculty of Arts, Islamic Azad University,
Central Tehran Branch, Pouya Cultural and Artistic Institution and Tehran's
Union of Garment Manufacturers and Sellers.
This Festival begins on
Saturday September 19 and continues till Sept. 24. The performances are in two
periods every evening at 17:00 and 18:00
This program will be held
under observation of all the health protocols of Corona Virus Management Headquarters.
